Broccoli Casserole

2 pkgs frozen broccoli, thawed

½ cup mayonnaise

1 can mushroom soup

1 TB lemon juice

½ cup grated cheddar

2 oz. chopped pimento

cheese crackers

slivered almonds

Combine broccoli, mayonnaise, soup, lemon juice, cheddar and pimento. Put mixture in buttered casserole dish and top with crushed cheese crackers and slivered almonds. Bake at 350° for 20–30 minutes, or until bubbly and browned on top.
