16 ounce bowtie pasta, cooked al dente
3 cups chopped turkey
10 ounce frozen broccoli, thawed
1 celery rib, finely chopped
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup mayonnaise or sour cream or yogurt or turkey gravy
2 TB dill
1 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
½ cup bread crumbs OR a layer of leftover stuffing
Put turkey, pasta and vegetables in 2½ qt. casserole. Mix broth, mayo, dill and pepper; stir into pasta. Sprinkle cheese on top, then crumbs. Cover, bake at 350˚ for 30 min; uncover, cook 15 min more.
