1 1/2 lbs. beef stew meat
3-4 potatoes
2-3 stalks celery
4-5 carrots
2-3 onions
1 can tomato soup
1/2 cup water
2 TB Minute tapioca
1 tsp sugar
salt and pepper
Cut vegetables into large chunks. Combine all ingredients in crock pot or dutch oven. Cook 4 or more hours at 250 to 300 until meat is very tender.
