London Broil

1 flank steak

1 TB oil

2 tsp parsley, chopped

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tsp salt

1 tsp lemon juice

1/2 tsp pepper

Combine oil, parsley, garlic lemon juice, salt and pepper. Brush half of the mixture on steak. Let marinate for ½ hour or so. Broil or grill for 4 minutes. Turn steak and brush with remaining marinade. Broil 4–5 minutes, or until steak is rare to medium rare. Slice very thin on diagonal across the grain.
