Peanut Butterfinger Chunk Cookies

Yield: 34 cookies

1 stick unsalted butter, room temp

3/4 c sugar

2/3 c light brown sugar, packed

2 egg whites

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

1 1/4 c chunky peanut butter

1 cup flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

5 Butterfinger candy bars (2.1 oz each) cut into 1/2 inch pieces

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together butter, sugars, egg whites, and vanilla on med speed until light and fluffy. Add peanut butter; beat until combined.

Stir in flour, baking soda and salt with a spoon until blended; do not overmix. Stir in chopped candy bars.

Drop 1 1/2 tablespoons of dough onto lightly greased cookie sheets, leaving 2 inches between each cookie. Press down lightly with fingers. Bake until lightly browned, about 12 min. Cool on cookie sheets for 3 min; transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
