Kevin's Apple Oatmeal Bake

4 cups almond milk (or milk, soy milk or cashew milk)
2 cups old-fashioned oats
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 cups chopped apples
2 TB canola oil
1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or sunflower seeds)
1 cup raisins (or dried cranberries)
1 TB cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt

Bring milk, maple syrup, oil, salt and cinnamon to a simmer.
Stir these items into the remaining dry ingredients in a heavy baking dish.Bake uncovered 30–35 minutes at 350 degrees.
