Cream Biscuits

These are so easy and quick! Perfect for shortcake, too.

1 ½ cups flour

2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp sugar

½ tsp salt

1 cup cream

Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a mixing bowl. Add cream and stir in with a fork, just enough to moisten everything. Pour out onto floured board and knead just until it comes together. Pat or roll to desired thickness and cut out biscuits. Place on baking sheet and bake at 400˚ for about 15–18 minutes, until nicely browned.
